Why Popcorn Genius?

Our family used to own a successful gourmet popcorn shop called The Magic Kernel which always had over 25 different flavors of popcorn on hand each day. Our customers loved coming in to enjoy the smells, free samples, and picking out an amazing flavor created by my wife, who I nicknamed the “Popcorn Genius”. We enjoyed our customers and business immensely but after we lost some some very close family members we decided to close the shop down so we could spend more time with our children. We put all of our equipment in storage with the thought that some day after our kids were out of school we might open it back up. Well, we couldn’t wait, so we built our own gas fired kettle corn popcorn machine so we could pop popcorn in our driveway at home.
