● 3 ounces of corn oil - https://amzn.to/3AuVMbI
● 3 ounces of Gold Medal Glaze Pop - https://amzn.to/3AMqWeh
● 2 tsp of cinnamon - https://amzn.to/3Bw1knn
Instructions:
Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar Coating: In a bowl, combine 3 ounces of Glaze Pop and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon. Stir until the cinnamon is evenly distributed throughout the glaze. Set aside.
Heat Your Popcorn Popper: Turn on the heat on your six-ounce theater-style popcorn popper and allow it to warm up for a few minutes.
Add the Popcorn and Oil: Once your popcorn popper is sufficiently heated, turn on the motor to get the kettle spinning. Open the kettle and add in your 3 ounces of corn oil, followed by the 6 ounces of popcorn kernels. Close the kettle and let the popcorn start to pop.
Add the Cinnamon Sugar Coating: As soon as you hear the first few pops, carefully open the kettle and add your cinnamon sugar mixture. The kettle may cool down a bit when you add the mixture, but don't worry – it will quickly heat back up.
Wait for the Magic: Close the kettle and patiently wait for your popcorn to do its thing. It won't be much time before the delightful sound of popping corn fills the air.
Finish the Popping Process: Keep a close ear on your popcorn. Once the popping starts to slow down, turn off the heat and the motor, and dump out the popcorn to avoid burning.
Enjoy Your Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn: Give your popcorn a quick stir to ensure even distribution of the cinnamon sugar coating. As the popcorn cools, the coating will harden slightly, giving your popcorn a delightful crunch. Now, all that's left to do is to grab a handful (careful, it's hot!), sit back, and enjoy the sweet, cinnamony goodness of your homemade popcorn.
Note: If you have an eight-ounce popper, adjust the quantities accordingly – eight ounces of popcorn kernels and four ounces each of oil and Glaze Pop.
